Business Doctors contacted Overview back in 2008 in order to assist them with setting up equal opportunity franchise territories. Being a B2B operation, Business Doctors realised the need to use up to date business material to help delineate the areas.
Business Doctors opted for the Turn Key Solution as the model had already been successfully proven in the period running up to the decision to franchise. Overview built Business Doctors a division which is currently used as the framework for the sale of regional franchise areas. Due to the nature of the enquiries that Business Doctors were receiving they asked Overview to look at developing a local area network within the regional areas. After consultation between Overview and the Business Doctors an agreed criteria was set and a preferred route of developing local area territories on an ad-doc territory creation basis was established.
