Maid 2 Clean

Maid2Clean has been providing high quality domestic housekeeping, cleaning & ironing services to thousands of private residential householders since 1993. The services provided range from one-off spring-cleans to the more common regular weekly cleans.

Maid2Clean are a full member of the BFA and were a finalist in the Franchisee Support category at the 2012 bfa / HBSC Franchisor of the Year Awards.

Background:

Maid2Clean wished to exploit a window of opportunity in 2002 by being one of the first domestic cleaning models to enter the franchise market. It was felt at the time having the UK divided immediately would ensure that any enquiry could be dealt with as soon as it came in. This method, Overview refer to this as their Turn Key Solution, would ensure the maximum number of territories could be created without interference from potential recruits, who might try and push for more area to be added, when it wouldn’t be necessary.

Solution:

Overview consulted with Maid2Clean with regards to this and produced sample areas to ensure territories would be sized as expected. Once agreed the entire network was created and a postal database with the demographic / household material was provided to supplement the map element. This provided Maid2Clean with the tools to demonstrate the territory extent and demographic content to prospective franchisees. Overview continue to work with Maid2Clean to assist with extraordinary territory adjustments and the production of laminated poster sized maps for franchisees.
